Hunter Woods Mobile Home Community is a 16 acre, 132 site community located in the rapidly growing town of Brownsburg, Indiana. We are close to major shopping areas and the downtowns of Brownsburg and Avon, yet we are off of the main road, giving our community a country feel and charm.

Thank you for your interest in Hunter Woods and allowing us the opportunity to provide our services to you. To ensure the process goes smoothly for all parties, the following guidelines are in effect for all applications. Please contact us to begin the application process.

Application Submission

  • Application must be completed in its entirety
  • Application will not be complete until we receive the information described in the next section

Application Completion and Processing

Upon receiving your application, we will contact you for additional information to complete and process your application:

We will contact you to verify and/or collect the following documents for all occupants over the age of 18*:

  • Copy of valid identification (Driver’s License or state issued ID)
  • Copy of Social Security Card or W-9 Form
  • 4 weeks worth of pay stubs
  • A $30 application fee (one fee, not per person)

Pay stubs or proof of income only needed for applicant and co-applicant
If you are self-employed, we will need your most recent tax returns to verify income

*Additional information may be necessary to complete the verification process.

Application Approval

A decision will be made on your application; if you are approved, we will notify you and arrange for lease preparation and move in!

On average, this process is completed within 48 hours of obtaining a complete application.

PETS WELCOME!

We love our residents – our furry friends are no exception. We welcome pets security deposit free at Hunter Woods, but we do have some rules in place to maintain a safe and comfortable community.

  • $200 non-refundable pet deposit
  • $25/pet per month
  • Limit of 2 pets per home
  • Pets can’t be over 18″ at the shoulder and 25 lbs

*Service dogs are welcomed but must be certified
**We do not allow dangerous breeds of animals, as defined by management
***Some fees and restrictions may apply
